FIRST take a painkiller about 30 mins before trying these steps
CAUTION!!! don't overdose it wont make a difference to how much pain you feel it will only make you ill
Sit down, put one leg on top of your arm and one leg under your arm, so it's kind of sandwiched inbetween. Then make sure that the leg on top of you're arm is pushing down and the other leg is pushing up. You may also have to support your elbow with your other arm. This is a good method which will almost certainly work.
Find the side of a table (or wall). Now, pull your arm back, and bang it against the wall or table or the what-ever-youve-chosen-with-an-edge really hard. Repeat until you hear a crack or a snap or... some kind of noise along those lines. (You may want to wrap your arm in a tea-towel or something before you do this, just so you don't suffer as much pain).
you may not hear anything but it doesn't mean its not broken
I would use step 2 it is the most simple way to find an excuse for all u have to say is you tripped over a curb outside or say u just fell because it is the most likey thing to happpen.
if you are scared of the pain you will never break a bone you have to overcome the fear of breaking a bone
I found a cloth and wrapped it around my arm so it was about 5mm thick and repeatedly hit it on the corner of a wall.
this method has worked twice for me
